In 2008 Brammer chose Prime Facility Services Contract Services to take on the internal cleaning of its offices in Wolverhampton. This arrangement proved so successful that Brammer subsequently decided to outsource its 24/7 waste management operations to Prime Facility Services who now ensure that all packaging waste is managed into the correct waste streams allowing Brammer to concentrate on their core business of distributing goods around the UK and Europe.
At Prime Facility Services, a huge amount of importance and emphasis is placed on supervision and training of staff to ensure only the best quality work is carried out. At Brammer Prime Facility Services provide an on-site supervisor and a sufficiently fully trained team to work in partnership with Brammer’s own facilities team to meet the company’s waste management requirements, complete regular quality checks and ensure a hygienic and clean working environment.
In addition to cleaning and waste management Prime Facility Services also provide Brammer with their washroom services, regular window cleaning and recently a project of high level cleaning of their external cladding. The specification for the work was to complete a full external cladding clean of the Brammer distribution building and offices. The work was successfully carried out on time, on budget, safely and with excellent results. In 2017, after suffering poor service from a small grounds contractor, Brammer awarded the grounds maintenance to Prime.
