As Shropshire is one of the most rural counties in England the Savills Telford team have a specialist rural team handling farm and agribusiness sales. They are leading real estate agents across Shropshire and boast an impressive portfolio of properties for sale.
How Did Prime Facility Services Help Savills?
Prime Facility Services agreed a contract with Savills Telford in January of 2015 to provide regular grounds maintenance service for their portfolio of properties and land across Shropshire and the West Midlands.
As part of this contract Prime adhere to a flexible schedule as well as carrying out ad hoc requests to maintain the gardens and grounds of several properties in the Stretton and Penkridge area.
Some of the more regular tasks that the team have carried out over the last year include lawn cutting and strimming, pruning of hedges and bushes as well as the removal of fallen leaves over the autumn.
It’s not always just been the simple grounds maintenance tasks that the team have carried out though, over the last year there have been some particularly challenging work.
This has included a full clearance of the grounds at Rowley Hill Farm as part of a renovation ready for a new customer. This work involved a full garden clearance including the removal of a brick based green house and dog kennel. A clean up of a standalone barn removing everything unwanted inside and also general maintenance of the surrounding pathways at the property.
A recent project that Prime have taken on is the management of Stretton Halls’ grounds. An early 18th century mansion house in Staffordshire with acres of grounds to look after.
