Southern Housing and Prime have agreed a set of Key Performance Indicators and many of these are monitored using mobile devices. The data, information and images captured on these devices are shared between both parties via a central system (Clean Link) and form the basis for regular service reviews.
Prime Facility Services were successful because they could demonstrate total commitment to the customer (in this case the residents at Southern’s schemes) from the Managing Director to the cleaning operatives and had a track record of success and customer testimonials to evidence their method statements.
